Recently I visited the Fulcrum Physio clinic operated and handled by Dr. Meenakshi Pandit. I would rather correct myself by calling her a Magician instead of a Doctor. I was having a severe pain in my right hand and elbow due to Badminton. After a detailed analysis of my routine, habits, medical history and physical examination, she diagnosed with the crux muscle which used to cause me a discomfort. At the first visit itself, my pain in the shoulder was dramatically reduced to 90% of the earlier pain. I asked her what about elbow pain? Then she advised me that one point at a time is enough. We will not rush into fast treatment rather will focus on releasing the pain and strengthening the muscle. On the 3rd day of treatment, she examined my elbow and found the crucial muscle which was refraining me to move the elbow. Again like a magic but with her therapy that pain was gone in a fraction of eye blinking. I was surprisingly awful to feel painless in 3 days!! That’s why I called her a magician. Then She suggested me exercises for strengthening the muscle, care to be taken at home and precautionary measures. Also, I would like to add my previous experience with her. About 9 years ago I had a problem of ligament tear. Even in that case also, she helped me with physiotherapy skills and exercise techniques. Hence I revisited her clinic for treatment regarding shoulder and elbow pain. And yes I made the right decision. Few of her qualities I like that are 1. Vast experience. 2. In-depth analysis. 3. Accurate and to the point solution. Hence I would recommend her for a full proof and pain relief treatment.
