Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) is a sophisticated assessment and treatment system that identifies and corrects dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the motor control centre of the brain. It is based on the understanding that the brain compensates for injury or dysfunction by creating new movement patterns which can lead to chronic pain and dysfunction if left uncorrected.
NKT uses muscle testing to identify which muscles are inhibited (underactive) and which are compensating (overactive). Once identified, specific release and activation techniques are used to reprogram the motor control centre, restoring balanced movement patterns.
Dr. Meenakshi Pandit is a Level 3 Neurokinetic Therapist — the highest level of NKT certification making her one of the most qualified NKT practitioners in India. This advanced training enables highly accurate diagnosis and treatment of complex movement dysfunctions.
